Kicking Television

So I just got done with one of the more stressful days of this young school year. I am monumentally behind in all of my paperwork.
I have little or no decent curriculum for each of my students.
To put it bluntly, this job has me by the testicles.

I care deeply for my students. They need someone who's willing to work alongside them as they work with their often difficult situations, and I think I am that person. I have a good rapport with my students, but I'm having the darndest time holding up the rest of my end of the bargain.

I'm probably freaking out because I have a meeting on Friday that could very well turn into further meetings, then wander out into the court system. This prospect doesn't thrill me, to say the least. These types of hearings are fun for no one involved.

I would, however, like to close my second post ever on a positive note. My band has picked our music for the Christmas extravaganza we're putting together, and it shall be wonderful!

I know.

Oh! I did have a student end up on the roof today.
